Pete Ovington - East GrinsteadPete is certainly less of a member than he used to be. Since joining Nuyuu in January he has shed 4 stone-- a remarkable achievement! This Dad of 2 has achieved this by adopting a healthier diet and taking up exercise.
Pete trains 5 days a week on cardio equipment and 3 times a week with weights. As many of us know a healthy diet and exercise is the way to lose weight but are all to aware how difficult it can be to stay with it. Pete has become very disciplined and adopted strong will power to help him lose those unwanted pounds.
