Hi All,
A big thank you to all those who supported us at our Celebration Day on Saturday. We took over £1000 and had a lot of fun in our Sumo Suits! The Hog was delicious so thank you to Hog-a-lot for their input.
Summer is well and truly here so the time has come to bare your flesh. Make sure you come down and tone those areas on show, banish those bingo wings and flatten that tummy! As ever we are here to help with exercises on Vibrogym or with any other problem areas.
