You may have noticed that our gym has recently had a refurbishment and is all shiny and new - if you haven't seen it yet now's the time to come and have a peek - especially as summer is now well and truly here! We have all new equipment in the gym which includes brand new state of the art resistance and cardio-vascular equipment - to help get you started on your ideal gym routine.  My friendly and enthusiastic team are always here to support you in achieving all your fitness goals so please let us know if we can help with anything to make your gym experience even better.
