Suunto Fitness Solution offers a personalized workout experience to fitness club members. The solution is designed for daily use in group exercises and in cardio training environments. The solution shows up to 72 club members' heart rates simultaneously in real time, allowing instructors to monitor your performance and adjust work out intensity as appropriate. Future sessions can then also be planned to in advance to suit participants. Talk to our staff next time you are in the gym and find out how it can compliment your training regime.

Suunto Fitness Solution automatically generates personal performance reports, which can be sent to each participant by email and/or printed after the workout. Guidance for future sessions are also emailed to individuals.
